Export your JobRound data

Prepare a copy of the records held in your local JobRound prototype.

Short answer

Open the app’s Customers view and use the local export action. Production account export is not connected yet.

Before you start

Use the device that contains the prototype round. The current evidence build stores data locally on that device.

Export the data

Open JobRound
Open Customers
Choose Export local data
Review the records shown
Download the JSON file

Check the file

Open the prepared file and confirm that the expected customers, work and visits are included.

If preparation fails

Keep the local data on the device and contact support with the step that stopped. Never send passwords or payment details.
