About this notice

This notice covers the JobRound public website at jobround.app, the protected application and subscription billing for the five-account evidence test. JobRound is run from Ireland. If anything here is unclear, email hello@jobround.app and a person will answer.

Information JobRound uses

The public website has no accounts. If you allow analytics, Google Analytics 4 measures page visits, scrolling, approximate location and browser/device information to help us improve the website. Google receives this usage data. We do not send form fields, email addresses, customer records or account identifiers to Analytics; advertising features are disabled. It keeps a small diagnostic note in your browser session storage, on your device only, recording which start choices were used. That note is deleted when you close the browser and is not sent anywhere.

If you email us, we receive what you send, including your email address. Our mailbox runs on Google Workspace.

If an invited owner subscribes, Stripe receives the name, email address, billing address and payment details needed to process the subscription. JobRound stores Stripe customer and subscription references, the subscription status and renewal date. JobRound does not receive or store the full card number.

Why it is used

To reply to you, to set up and operate an evidence account you asked for, to process and manage the subscription, and to fix problems you report. Nothing is used for advertising.

How it is stored and shared

Email is stored in our Google Workspace mailbox. Subscription data is processed by Stripe and the account status is stored with the JobRound business record on Cloudflare. It is not sold and not shared for marketing.

Google Analytics event data is retained for two months and user-level data for 14 months; aggregate reports may be kept longer. Google may process usage data outside the EEA under its data processing terms. The protected application is outside this public website analytics setup.

Before any evidence account moves real customer data into JobRound, how that data is handled is agreed in writing with that business.

Your choices

You can withdraw analytics consent through Cookie preferences in the footer. You can ask at any time what information we hold about you, ask for a copy, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@jobround.app.
